Col. John "Red" Millander gets hosed down with water by his family April 22 on the flightline after landing at Charleston AFB for his final C-17 flight. Colonel Millander took command of the wing in June 2007 and will leave Charleston AFB to become the Chief of the Air Force's Global Mobility Division at the Pentagon.
