Col. John “Red” Millander and Caleb Millander spray each other April 22 on the flightline after Colonel Millander landed at Charleston AFB on his final C-17 flight. Colonel Millander took command of the 437th Airlift Wing in June 2007 and will head to the Pentagon where he will be the chief of the Air Force’s Global Mobility Division.
