Specialist Denton Carter watches as a Department of Defense contractor shows him how to rig the new Joint Precision Air Drop System in Bagram Afghanistan Aug. 25, 2006. The system, going through operational testing here, is designed to deliver airdrop loads to troops on the ground with more precision than the normal airdrop system.  Spc. Carter is a parachute rigger with the 647th Quartermaster Detachment.
