Airman 1st Class Alyssa Pruitt is a food services apprentice with the 628th Force Support Squadron. Her daily responsibilities include performing food deliveries as well performing monthly inspections. Since the earthquake in Haiti, Airman Pruitt's workload has increased due to more inbound and out bound aircraft producing heavier volumes of meal requests for their long flights to Haiti.
