Mine-resistant, ambush-protected all-terrain vehicles painted tan sit draped in white snow on the flightline at Joint Base Charleston Feb. 13 after an overnight snowstorm delivered more than three inches of snow to the base. According to base weather flight personnel, the storm was moderate at best, starting as rain, progressing to sleet and finally forming snow. The weather system produced the first storm bringing snowfall to Charleston in more than 10 years. (U.S. Air Force photo/Senior Airman Daniel Owen)
