U.S. Air Force Airman 1st Class James Moreland welds a vertical arc on a piece of metal at the Aircraft Metals Technology Shop on Joint Base Charleston, March 30, 2010. Technicians assigned to the shop perform welding on ground support equipment and fabricate parts for the C-17 aircraft within factory specifications.
