A horse drawn carriage in downtown Charleston is one of the many sites for Airmen and their families to behold on the Newcomer?s Tour sponsored by the Airman and Family Readiness Center on Joint Base Charleston. The tours are held the first Thursday of every month and leave the base at 8:15 a.m. and last until 3:30 p.m. It is free to all who participate with the exception of meals.
