Gen. Duncan McNabb is greeted on the flightline here at Joint Base
Charleston, S.C., by Col. Martha Meeker May 10, 2010. General McNabb was the
guest speaker at the naming ceremony for the commercial vessel, Liberty
Promise, at the Naval Weapons Station Charleston. Liberty Promise is one of
the Liberty Maritime Corporation's maritime vessels.  Liberty's fleet
transports bulk, break bulk and bagged commodities as well as a variety of
Roll on and Roll off cargos around the world for the U.S. Government, the
United Nations, Private Voluntary Organizations and private commercial
