Airmen and civilians were presented an award for their outstanding accomplishments from one of the 15 different different categories recognized. Unable to attend the banquet due to deployment or other reasons were, from the 437th Operations Support Squadron, Airmen of the Year Senior Airman John Konkol; from the 16th Airlift Squadron, Senior Noncommissioned Officer of the Year Master Sgt. Jefferey Faretra; from the 437th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, Second Leiutenant Travis Mongeon; and from the 16th Airlift Squadron, Civilian Category 1 of the Year Mr. Timothy Peyton. Colonel Wood is the 437th Airlift Wing commander, Chief Greene is the 437th Airlift Wing command chief and Sergeant Stacey is from the 17th Airlift Squadron.
