Col. Richard McComb and Chief Master Sgt. Jose LugoSantiago salute after laying a wreath at Joint Base Charleston - Air Base, Sept. 9, during a Retreat ceremony commemorating the 10th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks. During the ceremony, a 9/11 monument was unveiled, a C-17 formation conducted a flyby and a 21-gun salute honored the lives lost during the attack and the ensuing War on Terrorism.
