Captain Ralph Ward counts push-ups for Lt. j.g. John Quay during the Naval Support Activity Charleston’s Physical Readiness Test at Joint Base Charleston-Weapons Station Nov. 3.  The PRT, conducted twice a year, consists of a cardiovascular test, push-ups and sit-ups and tests each Sailor’s cardio-respiratory endurance, muscular strength and stamina performance.
