A photographer for the Army Wives television crew photographs Capt. Matt Van Osterom,16th Airlift Squadron pilot, during a break in filming Feb. 28, 2013, at Joint Base Charleston - Air Base, S.C. Van Osterom’s photo will be used in the television show to reference a character’s late husband.  Army Wives tells the story of four women and one man who are brought together by their common bond - they all have military spouses. The series is based on the book "Under the Sabers: The Unwritten Code of Army Wives" by Tanya Biank and is produced by ABC Television Studio and The Mark Gordon Company.
