A deputy sheriff runs over a traffic cone during the Eighth Annual Palmetto Police Motorcycle Rodeo March 15, 2013, at the North Charleston Coliseum. The event was part of the 2013 Joint Base Charleston Motorcycle Safety Rodeo. More than 200 Airmen, Sailors, Solders, civilians and dependents participated alongside more than 25 deputy sheriffs from South Carolina, Georgia and Florida.
