(Ret.) Colonel Will Gideon, former 437th Airlift Wing Supply Squadron commander and Resource Management deputy commander, enjoys his retirement from his front porch, March 26, 2013, in Mt. Pleasant, S.C. Gideon was interned as a Prisoner of War in North Vietnam after his F-105 Thunderchief fighter jet was shot down on August 7, 1966, and was held until his release on March 4, 1973.
