Justin Brandt, 437th Maintenance Squadron repair and reclamation specialist, uses a torque wrench to put the finishing touches on a reassembled C-17 Globemaster III wheel and tire May 14, 2013, at Joint Base Charleston – Air Base, S.C.. Once complete, the wheel and tire will be sent to supply and distributed as needed.
