Trout is nearly perfect, captures Week 11

By The Swami Football guru

Bob "Rainbow" Trout was nearly perfect going 15-1 while staking claim to the Week 11 crown. Trout narrowly edged Mindy "Steelers fan" McCormick who posted a very nice 14-2 record.

All bye weeks have been completed and we are in a full 16-game schedule the rest of the season which promises to shake up the overall standings!

To quickly recap Week 11, the toothless Lions remained winless, the Titans remained undefeated, my beloved Steelers prevailed once again, the "Boys" won a much-needed game in Washington and the Eagles and "Bungles" played to a rare tie.

"Big" Al Urrutia told the Swami he consulted with his Pittsburgh connection while making his picks. My advice is to give that connection a pink slip as the two collaborated on a woeful 8-8 week earning Al the coveted "dunce cap cellar dweller" award.

There will not be an edition of the Airlift Dispatch Nov. 28., so I will be posting Weeks 13 and 14 Nov. 21. Please e-mail picks to 437MXS.Swami@charleston.af.mil prior to the Thursday-night kickoffs.
