Project Safety Through Alcohol Responsibility (S.T.A.R.), presented awards to their leadership and management team members at the Chapel Annex on Joint Base Charleston – Air Base, S.C., Sept. 30, 2015. During Project S.T.A.R., JB Charleston did not experience any alcohol-related car crashes in 2014 or 2015.

During S.T.A.R.’s project period, JB Charleston saw a 45 percent reduction in DUI’s from the baseline period, from 2010-2012.
