Appointment of Summary Court Officer: 1st Lt. Ryan Ellis, 437th Logistics Readiness Squadron, is detailed as Summary Court Officer to secure and make proper disposition of the personal effects of Airman 1st Class Derek Webb. Anyone having knowledge of claims against the deceased estate, contact Lieutenant Ellis at 514-1717.

Annual Awards Banquet: Team Charleston's Annual Awards banquet will be held Thursday at 7 p.m. at the Charleston Club. The cost of the banquet is $23 for club members and $25 for nonmembers. Baby-sitting services will be provided by the First Six Association. For more information, contact your unit first sergeant.

Tops in Blue: Tops in Blue, the Air Force's premier talent showcase, is coming to the Charleston area and will be performing at the Charleston Performing Arts Center in the North Charleston Coliseum complex Feb. 15 at 7:30 p.m. The show is free and open to the public. There is no reserved seating or advance tickets. For more information, contact Judi Horry at 963-4323.

Daytona tickets available: The Outdoor Recreation Center is now taking orders for discount tickets for Daytona Race Weekend Feb. 17 and Feb. 18. Tickets packages range from $118 to $180 for seating along the "Superstretch" including both the Daytona 300 and the Daytona 500 races. Pit passes also are available. CPR classes: The Outdoor Recreation Center is offering adult and infant/child CPR classes on Tuesday and again on Friday from 6 p.m. until 10 p.m. at the Outdoor Recreation Center. Individuals can register for either one or both classes. The cost for one class is $45 and $65 for both. Advanced registration is required. For more information, contact the ORC at 963-5271.

Towel service discontinued: The 437th Services Squadron has phased out towel services to increase the presence of fitness trainers available at the Fitness and Sports Center. Patrons who require a towel can bring their own or purchase their own from the pro shop. For more information, call the Charleston Fitness and Sports Center at 963-3347.

Heart Link: The next Heart Link orientation is scheduled Jan. 27 from noon till 5 p.m., at the Airman and Family Readiness Flight. Heart Link is designed for the military spouse who is relatively new to the military and interested in knowing more about benefits and understanding military language. Childcare needs will be discussed during registration. For more information, contact the A&FRF at 963-4406.

Arts and Crafts Classes: The Arts and Crafts Center is now taking registration for upcoming adult classes in scrap booking, pottery, drawing, matting and framing. For more information, contact the Arts and Crafts Center at 963-4936.
