Airman 1st Class Alejandro Trevino
437th Aeromedical Dental Squadron
Airman 1st Class Alejandro Trevino is a public health technician with the 437th Aeromedical Dental Squadron. He has been stationed at Charleston AFB for a year-and-a-half.
As a public health technician, Airman Trevino ensures Charleston Airmen are medically prepared for deployments.
He contributes to Team Charleston's mission by making sure shot records and physical health assessments are current.
This "Warrior of the Week" hails from Laredo, Texas, and enlisted in the Air Force nearly two years ago. He joined the Air Force for the opportunity to travel to different parts of the world.
"I like my job because of the people I work with," said Airman Trevino. "It's always easier to work in a good environment. I know I can count on my shop to help me with anything, not just what goes on at work."
Airman Trevino has not been deployed yet, but looks forward to going abroad and serving his country.
"I immediately noticed Airman Trevino's initiative and reliability in getting the job done quickly and correctly. He is my go-to Airman," said Staff Sgt. Jennifer Wilson, 437 ADOS NCO in charge of deployment medicine. "He has a selfless attitude to step forward and assist with base and squadron activities."
