15 Airmen graduate from NCO Academy

437th Force Support Squadron

Fifteen Charleston Airmen graduated from the first NCO Academy class held at Tyndall AFB, Fla., July 10.

Recently, the NCO Academy transferred from Robins AFB, Ga., to its current location in Florida.

Tech. Sgt. Angel Alvarado Rivera from the 437th Communications Squadron earned the Academic Achievement Award and was also recognized as a distinguished graduate.

Graduates from the six-week course also included the following technical sergeants:

437th Aerial Port Squadron: Demetria Crenshaw and Adam Sinclair
437th Aerospace Medicine Squadron: Christopher Robinson
437th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron: David Dick, Clinton Hutchinson, Craig Lanahan, Christopher Ressa, Michael Rickey and Enrico Sherman
437th Logistics Readiness Squadron: Matthew Kosma
437th Maintenance Squadron: Joel Bundesen and Robert Zabawa
437th Medical Support Squadron: Adam Garrett
437th Operations Support Squadron: Iain Stewart
