CHARLESTON AIR FORCE BASE, S.C. –
Once again, the self proclaimed "King of Football" has returned to the Low Country from a tour of all 32 team camps, along with some important meetings with the NFL Commissioner concerning the return of Michael "Big Dog" Vick and the Cowboys scoreboard fiasco, to once again wreak havoc on all who dare to challenge me.
Call me crazy, but I have a dim hope that somebody at Charleston AFB with a clue about football can give me a run for my money.
Here are the rules. You must play at least 10 weeks to be eligible for the overall "Swami Cup" title. The total points scored in each Monday Night game will serve as the weekly tie breaker, and all entries must be received by 4 p.m. each Friday.
Please e-mail all of your amateur picks to swami@charleston.af.mil. The Swami is predicting a Super Bowl repeat from his beloved Steelers this year. Can eagles and dogs get along in Philly? Can T.O. hold on to the ball with his fingers covered in buffalo hot wing sauce? The Super Swami knows the answers to all these questions.
Now, without further delay, let me unveil the first installment of my stone-cold steel, pipe-lock guaranteed, 5-star, fearless winning predictions:
Week three entries must be received by 4 p.m. Friday, Sept. 25. Send to: Swami@charleston.af.mil
