The STEP program is a promotion recognition program used by commanders to recognize outstanding contributions and accomplishments. Sergeant Broadus, aerospace ground equipment craftsman with the 437th Maintenance Squadron, received his promotion Christmas Eve; Sergeant Worley, explosives ordnance disposal craftsman with the 628th Civil Engineer Squadron, was promoted Dec. 23; and Sergeant Camara, aviation resource manager with the 437th Operations Support Squadron, was promoted Jan. 6.
