It's a long way to the top
U.S. Air Force Airman 1st Class Amos Hommel, left, and Senior Airman Riley Cusson gear up to climb the radio tower on Joint Base Charleston, S.C., March 23, 2010. Airman Cusson climbed to the top of the 110-foot tower while Airman Hommel climbed halfway. Both Airmen climbed to maintain their climbing certification, which requires a quarterly trip up the tower. Airman Hommel and Airman Cusson are both radio frequency transmissions systems specialists with the 628th Communications Squadron. (U.S. Air Force Photo/Airman 1st Class Lauren Main)
