Ricky Smith at the Exceptional Family Members Fair Aug. 13, 2010, at Joint Base Charleston, S.C. Mary-Kate attended the fair with her parents and two twin brothers. The fair encompassed activities and information booths for families to educate themselves on the resources and programs available to them both on and off base.
