NOTICE

Are you or your organization looking for a volunteer opportunity to give back to the community and help a family or individual in need during the upcoming holiday season? If you are, you can do just that through Families Helping Families, which is a partnership between the Palmetto Project and ABC News 4 to provide a brighter Christmas for families in need. The Palmetto Project is a non-profit agency that provides a "safety net" and emergency assistance for local families and individuals in crisis. Working with social service agencies, they are able to identify those in the community who have the greatest need. You or your organization can volunteer to "adopt" a family, an individual child or adult, or even a veteran who is
in need.
