The 2013 Joint Base Charleston National Prayer Breakfast will be held Feb. 20 at 7:30 a.m. at the JB Charleston - Weapons Station Red Bank Club. Tickets are $5 and include a breakfast buffet.

A Transition Assistance Program workshop will be held from 8 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. Participants will learn how to transition from military to civilian life with ease. Classes include: Skills assessment, resume writing, networking, job search strategies, interviewing techniques, veterans' benefits, entitlements and more. Spouses are highly encouraged to attend. A Command Financial Specialist Training refresher will be held from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Open to command appointed E-6 and above personnel only. To assist in preventing financial problems, starting a profitable savings program, and providing members assistance in car/insurance buying or investments.
