The DUI Battle Plan is a comprehensive campaign aimed at reducing drunk driving and reinforcing positive life choices. The battle plan was modeled after a campaign launched at Travis Air Force Base, Calif. The plan reduced DUIs by 42 percent after only one year of implementation at Travis, AFB.
