Maj. Leslie Chambers, a general dentist assigned to the 628th Operational Medical Readiness Squadron, performs a deployment exam on Senior Airman Garrett Ropon, an electrical power production journeyman assigned to the 628th Civil Engineering Squadron at Joint Base Charleston, S.C., April 21, 2020. The dental clinic is open for dental emergencies and deployment exams. Dental clinic personnel are protecting their patients and themselves by regularly cleaning surfaces, wearing masks and gloves, reducing the number of patients they see, practicing physical distancing whenever possible and having patients use pretreatment mouth rinse.
