Senior Airman Joshua Okyere, 628th Civil Engineer Squadron electrical systems journeyman, upgrades lights July 25, 2018, at Joint Base Charleston’s fitness center. Okyere and a team of civil engineers replaced the fitness center basketball court’s fluorescent bulbs and ballasts with longer lasting LED bulbs. The 628th CES project leads expect the upgrade to reduce energy consumption 60 percent and required maintenance by 50 percent. (U.S. Air Force photo by Staff Sgt. Christopher Hubenthal)
