TCSC hosts scholarship auction
March 17, 2010 — The Team Charleston Spouses' Club sponsored their first event, a "Silent Auction Scholarship Roundup," March 13 at the Charleston Club.The auction turned the Magnolia Ballroom into a western-themed room with "country" décor, had bidders in western gear and the bidders could enjoy entertainment provided by a deejay. Team Charleston Spouses' Club board members worked with cadet volunteers from The Citadel to make the ?Silent Auction Scholarship Roundup? held at the Charleston Club a success March 13. More than 60 donated items were put up for silent bid and approximately 15 via live auction to raise funds for scholarships. AFAF to kick off March 8 under new campaign concept
