Texting and driving ... the text can wait

President Barack Obama recently issued a texting while driving ban for federal employees while behind the wheel on government business. Additionally, Air Force Instruction 91-207 Traffic Safety Program does state drivers are not allowed to use cell phones without a hands-free device on or off base, including texting.
