JB CHS Information

  • 628 ABW provides installation support to more than 60 DoD and Federal Agencies

  • Adding all of the populations, to include dependents and retirees, JB CHS serves more than 90,000

  • Joint-use airfield sharing two intersecting runways with the Charleston International Airport

  • 628 ABW consists of the 628th Wing Staff Agencies, the 628th Mission Support Group and the 628th Medical Group
