Staff Judge Advocate (Legal Office)

On the Air Base we are located in Building 16000 (Wing Headquarters) at 102 E Hill Blvd, Room 135, Charleston Air Force Base, SC 29404. 

On the Weapons Station we are located in Building 84 (Naval Support Activity) at 2316 Red Bank Rd, Room 105, Goose Creek, SC 29445

Attorney consultations are available by appointment at the Air Base on Tuesdays: 12-3 p.m.

Wills are done at the Air Base by appointment only on Thursdays 8-11 a.m.

Attorney consultations are available at the Weapons Station by appointment at the Weapons Station on Mondays and Fridays at various times.

Wills are done at the Weapons Station by appointment on Mondays from 12-2 p.m.

Can I have legal questions answered on the telephone? No, In accordance with AFI 51-504, you must come in person presenting a valid military identification card during legal assistance.

Can a military attorney represent me in civilian court? No, you must hire a civilian attorney.

Can the military file paperwork for me in a civilian court? No

Can the military draft up separation and or divorce papers for me? No
