Cargo is loaded onto a C-130J-30 from Dyess Air Force Base, Texas, during an early morning cargo load July 23, 2013, at Joint Base Charleston - Air Base, S.C. The C-130J-30 was loaded with rations and supplies bound for Bogota. The C-130J-30 is a stretch version of the C-130J, a proven, highly reliable and affordable airlifter.
