The following data includes brief descriptions of sexual misconduct followed by disciplinary action issued to the guilty party. Outcomes are grouped by year and sorted by month.

    Nonjudicial Punishment

    Failure to Obey General Order or Regulation, Article 92, UCMJ – A Senior Airman wrongfully used Delta-8-Tetrahydrocannabinol (TCH8).  The Senior Airman accepted an Article 15 and received punishment of reduction to Airman First Class, a suspended forfeiture of $1,340.00 for 2 months, and a reprimand.

    Drug Offense, Wrongful Use, Article 112a, UCMJ – A Staff Sergeant wrongfully used Delta-9-Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC9).  The Staff Sergeant accepted an Article 15 and received punishment of reduction to Senior Airman.

    Drunk Driving, No Personal Injury, Article 113, UCMJ – A Staff Sergeant was driving a motorcycle while drunk.  The Staff Sergeant accepted Article 15 and received punishment of reduction to Senior Airman and 30 days extra duty.

    Failure To Go, Article 86, UCMJ – A Staff Sergeant failed to go to the appointed place of duty.  The Staff Sergeant accepted an Article 15 and received punishment of a suspended reduction to Senior Airman, forfeiture of $1,519.00 for two months, 45 days extra duty, and a reprimand.

    Administrative Discharge

    Misconduct, Minor Disciplinary Infractions – An Airman First Class committed multiple minor disciplinary infractions including making inappropriate and disrespectful remarks to a superior noncommissioned officer, failure to report to his duty station on time, failure to adhere to dress and appearance standards, dishonesty, failure to follow dormitory protocol, and failure to obey a lawful order.  The Airman First Class received an under honorable conditions (general) discharge.

    Drunk Driving, No Personal Injury, Article 113, UCMJ – A Senior Airman was driving a vehicle while drunk.  The Senior Airman accepted an Article 15 and received punishment of reduction to Airman First Class.

    Drunk Driving, No Personal Injury, Article 113, UCMJ – A Senior Airman was driving a vehicle while drunk.  The Senior Airman accepted an Article 15 and received punishment of reduction to Amn, with a suspended reduction to Airman First Class, and a suspended forfeiture of $1,074.00 for one month.

    Failure to Obey Order or Regulation, Article 92, UCMJ – An Airman wrongfully used delta-8-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC8) in violation of a general regulation.  The Airman received an under honorable conditions (general) discharge.

    Nonjudicial Punishment

    Dereliction, Article 92, UCMJ – A Senior Airman willfully misused a Government Travel Card.  The Senior Airman accepted an Article 15 and received punishment of a suspended reduction to Airman First Class, and forfeitures of $226.50.

    Failure to Obey Order or Regulation, Article 92, UCMJ; and Wrongful Drug Use, Article 112a, UCMJ – A Senior Airman wrongfully used Delta-8 and Delta-9 Tetrahydrocannabinol.  The Senior Airman accepted an Article 15 and received punishment of reduction to Airman First Class, and suspended forfeitures of $1,273.00 for two months.

    Controlling Vehicle While Drunk, Article 113, UCMJ, and Controlling vehicle in a Reckless Manner, Article 113, UCMJ – An Airman First Class controlled a vehicle while drunk and was traveling up to speeds of 70 mph in a 35-mph zone.  The Airman First Class accepted an Article 15 and received punishment of reduction to Airman.

    Destruction of military property, Article 108, UCMJ. – A Senior Airman willfully destroyed government property with a value of more than $1,000.00.  The Senior Airman accepted an Article 15 and received punishment of reduction to Airman First Class, and suspended forfeitures of $1,273.00 for two months.

     

    Administrative Discharge

    Absence Without Leave, Article 86, UCMJ; Dereliction in Performance of Duties, Article 92, UCMJ; False Official Statement, Article 107, UCMJ; Reckless Operation of a Vehicle, Article 113, UCMJ – An Airman made a false official statement, failed to go to the appointed place of duty, operated a vehicle in a reckless manner, wrongfully appropriated funds, and failed to maintain and file customer receipts.  The Airman received an Under Other Than Honorable Conditions (UOTHC) discharge. 

    Wrongful Use, Possession of Controlled Substances, Article 112a, UCMJ – An Airman First Class wrongfully possessed a controlled substance, hydrocodone-acetaminophen, that was not prescribed to him.  The Airman First Class received an under honorable conditions (general) discharge.

    Wrongful Use, Possession of Controlled Substances, Article 112a, UCMJ – A Senior Airman wrongfully used delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC9), a Schedule I controlled substance.  The Airman First Class received an honorable conditions discharge.

    Nonjudicial Punishment

    Dereliction, Article 92, UCMJ – A Technical Sergeant willfully failed to report on a broken tool.  The Technical Sergeant accepted an Article 15 and received punishment of a suspended reduction to Staff Sergeant, suspended forfeitures of $1,937.00 for two months, 45 days extra duty, and a reprimand.

    Dereliction, Article 92, UCMJ; Failure to Obey Order or Regulation, Article 92, UCMJ; False Official Statement, Article 107, UCMJ; and Obstruction of Justice, Article 131b, UCMJ – A Staff Sergeant failed to exhibit professionalism in a relationship with a superior, failed to answer questions truthfully, made a false official statement, and hid evidence during an investigation.  The Staff Sergeant accepted an Article 15 and received punishment of reduction to Senior Airman, suspended forfeitures of $1,519.00 for two months, and a reprimand.

    Sexual Harassment, Article 134, UCMJ – A Staff Sergeant made multiple sexual comments, showed a sexual cartoon, and attempted to pursue a sexual encounter with another Airman. The Staff Sergeant accepted an Article 15 and received punishment of reduction to Senior Airman, forfeiture of $1,519.00 for two months (suspended) and a reprimand.

    Drunk Driving with no Personal Injury, Article 113, UCMJ and Dereliction; Willful, Article 92, UCMJ – An Airman 1st Class physically controlled a vehicle while drunk, and willfully failed to refrain from drinking underage. The Airman 1st Class accepted an Article 15 and received punishment of reduction to Airman and a reprimand.

    Drunk Driving with no Personal Injury, Article 113, UCMJ – An Airman 1st Class physically controlled a vehicle while drunk and willfully failed to refrain from drinking underage. The Airman 1st Class accepted an Article 15 and received punishment of reduction to Airman and a reprimand.

    Leaving Scene of Vehicle Accident, Article 111, UCMJ –An Airman 1st Class was involved in a vehicle accident, but wrongfully left the scene of the accident without providing any identifying information. The Airman 1st Class accepted an Article 15 and received punishment of forfeiture of $1,201.00 for two months (suspended), 14 days extra duty, and a reprimand.

    Failure to Obey Order or Regulation, Article 92, UCMJ; False Official Statement, UCMJ Article 107; Obstructing Justice, UCMJ Article 131(b) – A Staff Sergeant pursued an inappropriate relationship, failed to answer questions truthfully, made false statements, and sought to prevent law enforcement from accessing evidence. The Staff Sergent accepted an Article 15 and received punishment of reduction in grade to Senior Airman, forfeiture of $1,519.00 for two months (suspended), and a reprimand.

    Failure to Obey Order or Regulation, Article 92, UCMJ – A Technical Sergeant failed to properly report and account for a broken tool while working on an aircraft. The Technical Sergeant accepted an Article 15 and received a reduction to the grade of Staff Sergeant (suspended), forfeiture of $1,937.00 for two months (suspended), 45 days extra duty, and a reprimand.

    Administrative Discharge

    Drug Abuse – An Airman 1st Class received Nonjudicial Punishment for wrongful use of delta-8-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC8), a Schedule I controlled substance.  The Airman First Class received an under honorable conditions (general) discharge.
