JOINT BASE LINDSEY GRAHAM, S.C. - U.S. Air Force Gen. Randall Reed, U.S. Transportation Command commander, rides aboard a 628th Logistics Readiness Squadron locomotive at the Joint Base Lindsey Graham - Naval Weapons Station, Aug. 20, 2026.
