JOINT BASE LINDSEY GRAHAM, S.C. - U.S. Air Force Senior Airman Bryan Novatny, 628th Civil Engineer Squadron structural journeymen, paints touch-up spots in preparation for the upcoming renaming ceremony at Joint Base Charleston, South Carolina, Aug. 6, 2026.
