CHARLESTON, S.C. - U.S. Coast Guard personnel, assigned to USCG Sector Charleston Aids To Navigation Team, hoist a buoy from the water during a training mission aboard a 49’ Buoy Utility Stern Loading boat in Charleston, South Carolina, Feb. 8, 2024.
