JOINT BASE CHARLESTON, S.C. - U.S. Air Force, Royal Canadian Air Force and Japan Air Self Defense Force work together to conduct a site survey of an airfield to determine whether it can be used as a landing zone for potential touch and go operations during Mobility Guardian 23.
