JOINT BASE CHARLESTON, S.C. - Staff Sgt. Christopher Conway, 437th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron crew chief, uses a Palmetto Sparks Innovation Lab 3D printer to design and create unique solutions to problems at Joint Base Charleston, SC, on March 11, 2023. In his ‘Innovation Letter to Airmen,’ Gen. Charles Q. Brown, Jr., Chief of Staff of the Air Force, stated “Airmen must accelerate change through innovation.”
