JOINT BASE CHARLESTON, S.C. - Chantal Fryer (center), director of the division of business services at the South Carolina Department of Commerce, presents the inaugural “Employer of Education Excellence” award to Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic on Oct. 25 during the Workforce and Education Conference at the Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce.
