JOINT BASE CHARLESTON, S.C. - Col. Robert Lankford, the 437th Airlift Wing commander addresses Maj. Gen. Thad T. Bibb Jr., 18th Air Force commander, during the assumption of command ceremony May 12, 2021 on Joint Base Charleston S.C.
