JOINT BASE CHARLESTON, S.C. - Airman 1st Class Summer Bell, 437th Maintenance Squadron munitions controller, reads the names of prisoners of war and those missing in action Sept. 28, 2018, at Joint Base Charleston, S.C. The National League of Families’ POW/MIA flag symbolizes the United States’ resolve to never forget prisoners of war or those who served their country in conflicts and are still missing.
