Martin was the one Sailor selected through the Meritorious Advancement Program at NSA Charleston to be advanced to the paygrade of E6 this year. The MAP is intended to give commanders the opportunity to recognize their best Sailors and shape their workforce by developing and rewarding their most talented enlisted members.
