JOINT BASE CHARLESTON, S.C. - Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Atlantic employee Sierra S. Williams receives the Professional Member of the Year Award during the National Society of Black Engineers Golden Torch Awards ceremony. Williams is president of the Charleston, S.C., chapter of NSBE Professionals. The Golden Torch Awards are the highest honors given by NSBE, an international organization with more than 17,000 members and 500-plus chapters in the U.S. and abroad.
