JOINT BASE CHARLESTON, S.C. - U.S. Navy Capt. Kevin Byrne, former commander of Naval Nuclear Power Training Command, delivers remarks during a change of command ceremony June 25, 2018, at the Red Bank Club, Joint Base Charleston’s Naval Weapons Station. After Byrne accepted command, he ensured Capt. Robert Hudson, outgoing deputy commander of JB Charleston and commanding officer of Naval Support Activity Charleston and those in attendance, to continue the growth of the installation’s legacy.
