JOINT BASE CHARLESTON, S.C. - Crew members assemble on deck of the USS Ralph Johnson (DDG-114) during the commissioning ceremony March 24, 2018 in the Port of Charleston, S.C. The crew “man the rails” to symbolize the commissioning of the ship into the U.S. Navy fleet.
