JOINT BASE CHARLESTON, S.C. - U.S. Army Pvt. Aeris Makley, Public Health Activity, Fort Gordon, animal care specialist, shows compassion to a puppy visiting the Veterinarian Clinic here March 9, 2018. The clinic offers routine check-ups, bloodwork, shots, ear and skin treatments and has limited capabilities to perform minor surgeries if needed.
