JOINT BASE CHARLESTON, S.C. - Fall Fest attendees leave the event with smiles on their faces outside the library at Joint Base Charleston, S.C., Oct. 27, 2017. More than 100 families attended the Fall Fest event to celebrate Halloween. The event consisted of trunk-or-treating, which is when participants open and decorate the trunks of their vehicles for Halloween.
