Toby Housey, a member of the 628th Air Base Wing Equal Opportunity Office took second place at the base-level AMC Icon competition. Eight Joint Base Charleston members competed in the signing competition held at the Charleston Club, Aug. 20. AMC Icon is loosely based on American Idol where service members, Department of Defense civilians and family members ages 18 and older compete for cash prizes.
